28029 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: Will the Prime Minister be seeking advice on whether Simeon Brown breached 3.9 of the cabinet manual by asking the Director-General of Health to review the decision for the Ministry of Health to stop posting on Twitter/X?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: I do not consider that Minister Simeon Brown’s statement regarding the Ministry of Health’s use of platforms for communicating with New Zealanders has breached paragraph 3.9 of the Cabinet Manual and I will not be seeking advice on the matter.
