28023 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: Which Kāinga Ora social housing projects, if any, are now under assessment that were also under assessment as at 31 December 2024, and how many units were planned for each of these project?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities advises me that projects may be reviewed to determine if their planned delivery is aligned with Government expectations. This includes discussions about value for money and identified need for social housing in this area. I refer the Member to the attachment.
