Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister intend to "re-focus the NPS-HPL by maintaining protection of the most productive soils (LUC 1 & 2), while excluding LUC-3 category land" as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Going for Housing Growth’ document, and if not, why not?
