Camilla Belich to the Minister of Education: How many people, if any, appointed or reappointed by the Minister since 27 November 2023 to any board, committee, or other body of any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible have had a conflict of interest management plan put in place, broken down by organisation, role, the number of interests identified as giving rise to a conflict, and the date the plan was put in place, as at 10 June 2026?

Hon Erica Stanford: The information sought by the Member is not held centrally or collated in a way that is readily reportable in the timeframe available to respond to written parliamentary questions. Board members are responsible for disclosing and updating their interests. The management of any conflict is determined on a case-by-case basis and agreed between the Chair and the Board member, considering the relevant meeting topics. All Board members adhere to conflict of interest management practices, including withholding relevant papers and excluding the member from discussion or decision making where appropriate.
