Hon Nicola Willis: I do not hold this information in the way the Member has requested. This information is held by the individual entities and would require a substantial manual collation exercise to collate. As such I do not believe the staff time and hence expense of such an exercise to be in the public interest. Conflicts of interest are managed under standard conflict management plans established by the Board, which ensure directors can continue to discharge their duties appropriately.
