Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister intend to "re-focus the NPS-HPL by maintaining protection of the most productive soils (LUC 1 & 2), while excluding LUC-3 category land" as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Going for Housing Growth’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am not responsible for party manifestos. My immediate priorities are identified in the Cabinet-approved 100-day plan. My officials will provide me with advice on this matter in due course.
