Hon Matt Doocey: The transition to a multi-agency response to 111 mental distress calls from the public responds to direction from Cabinet for a five-year plan to transition from a police-led response to a multi-agency response. I am advised that the makeup of a co-response team varies between different teams. They typically include a mix of police and clinical mental health and addiction staff. Ambulance will be involved in some teams. Furthermore, I am advised that the locations of the new co-response teams will be announced in due course.
