Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for the Public Service and Digitising Government: Did the Minister of Housing or his office raise any concerns with the Public Service Commission about the political neutrality of the Chief Executive of Kāinga Ora prior to 15 April 2024 and if so, with whom and when?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: No. As Kāinga Ora is a Crown agent, any matters relating to its chief executive are the responsibility of its Board, which is accountable to the responsible Minister.
