Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does the Minister intend to "require councils to declare that infrastructure for new greenfield development will be funded from rates and levies applied to the new development, instead of being subsidised by other communities" as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Going for Housing Growth’ document, and if so, will all council-funded infrastructure in greenfields developments be required to be funded by rates and levies applied to the new development?
