Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does the Minister intend to "require councils to declare that infrastructure for new greenfield development will be funded from rates and levies applied to the new development, instead of being subsidised by other communities" as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Going for Housing Growth’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents, if any, has the Minister, or any member of their Office received that outlines concerns around prohibitively high rates costs for residents new greenfields developments, by title and date?
