Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does the Minister intend to "introduce Build-for-Growth – performance-based funding" where "any extra house built in a Tier 1 and 2 Council above the long-term average for the Council will entitle the Council to performance funding from National’s Build-for-Growth fund" as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Going for Housing Growth’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?
