27949 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister for the South Island: Is the Minister aware if the Klondyke Water Storage project will lead to an expansion in the area of land under irrigation, if so, what is the projected increase in irrigated land by hectares?

Hon James Meager: Decisions regarding the Klondyke Water Storage project are still being considered. Due to ongoing developments, I cannot discuss the project any further.
