27947 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: When, if ever, does the Minister intend to release an exposure draft of the updated freshwater national direction?

Hon Chris Bishop: My intention is to progress updated freshwater national direction following the enactment of legislation to replace the Resource Management Act. I intend to do so by following the process that will be set out in the new legislation for making national instruments.
