27945 (2023). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many, if any, new houses have been built by HousingNZ/Kainga Ora since November 2023?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that 269 newly built homes (public and supported) were delivered by Kāinga Ora from 1 November to 30 November 2023. New homes are delivered through redevelopment of Kāinga Ora land and purchasing new homes from developers and builders.
