27924 (2026). Teanau Tuiono to the Minister for Infrastructure: What advice, reports, briefings, emails, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office seen, if any, about WorkSafe New Zealand safety requirements for fuel storage tanks?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Treasury publishes on its website a list of the reports and briefings that it has provided to Ministers. I refer the member to that list, which can be found here: https://www.treasury.govt.nz/publications/budgets/titles-advice-ministers. The Infrastructure Commission also regularly publishes a monthly list of titles of advice to Ministers. I refer the Member to that list: https://tewaihanga.govt.nz/about-us/corporate-documents-official-information/ministerial-advice I have not received any reports from National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Limited on this topic.
