27919 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What total revenue, if any, did Health New Zealand collect in fees charged to patients for services provided in public hospitals, broken down by service type for the past four financial years?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised Health New Zealand does not track revenue from patients charged by service type. It instead tracks by fees charged, which are primarily non-resident fees.
