27916 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What fee, if any, is a patient charged for dental treatment at the Hutt Valley Hospital, and is that fee required to be paid on the day of treatment?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that patients who attend Hutt Valley Hospital for urgent relief of dental pain are charged $50 which is payable on the day.
