Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does the Minister intend to allow landlords to issue a 90-day notice to a tenant to end a periodic tenancy without providing a reason or applying to the Tenancy Tribunal, as outlined in the coalition agreement between National and ACT, if so, what reports or advice has he or his office received on the number of evictions would result in homelessness?
