Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does the Minister intend to return tenants’ notice period to 21 days and landlords’ to 42 if the tenant wished to move or landlord wished to sell a property, as outlined in the coalition agreement between National and ACT, if so, will his Government be building enough public houses to accommodate any New Zealanders left homeless due to the reduced notice period?
