27880 (2025). Kahurangi Carter to the Minister for Disability Issues: Do the budgets for Needs Assessment and Service Coordination factor in that respite stays are an annualised cost, not a one-off in that time period?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development that Needs Assessment and Service Coordination budgets are developed at an aggregate level, not on individual lines of funding.
