27786 (2023). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Does the Minister intend to progress congestion charging in any city in New Zealand, if so, which ones and by which date?

Hon Simeon Brown: We are committed to work with Auckland Council to implement time of use road charging to reduce congestion and improve travel time reliability. This would take some time to implement, and no dates are yet known.
