27782 (2025). Hon Marama Davidson to the Minister of Finance: What advice, if any, listed by title and date, did she receive to inform how the quantum of the Pay Equity – Changes to Fiscal Management initiative in Budget 2025 was arrived at?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that the Treasury publishes a monthly list of titles of advice to Ministers, by the middle of the month after the advice is provided. I refer the member to that list, which can be found here: https://www.treasury.govt.nz/publications/other-official-information/titles-advice-minister-finance-treasury-inland-revenue-and-reserve-bank. Budget sensitive pay equity advice not subject to the releases referenced above will be released in due course.
