27777 (2025). Hon Marama Davidson to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: What advice, if any, listed by title and date, did she receive on the Government approach to pay equity settlements in the funded sector?

Hon Brooke van Velden: The Government's pay equity changes were designed to improve the overall process for raising and resolving pay equity claims, and were not in response to any specific claim or sector. I refer the member to my response to WPQ 22257 for the list of formal advice I recieved on pay equity.
