27774 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Trade and Investment: How many board fee increases, if any, approved by the Minister since 27 November 2023 for any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible were backdated or applied retrospectively, broken down by organisation, the effective date, and the total backdated amount paid, as at 8 June 2026?

Hon Todd McClay: I am advised for NZTE, one board fee review was applied retrospectively and effective from 1 July 2025. The total amount of backdated fees was $56,568. For Invest NZ, I am advised none.
