Camilla Belich to the Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety: How many board fee increases, if any, approved by the Minister since 27 November 2023 for any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible were backdated or applied retrospectively, broken down by organisation, the effective date, and the total backdated amount paid, as at 8 June 2026?

Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised: - WorkSafe New Zealand's September 2025 fee increase was not backdated or applied retrospectively. - The Remuneration Authority's February 2026 fee increase was backdated to 1 July 2025. The estimated total backpay was $94,300.
