Hon Paul Goldsmith: The annual board fees for Ngāpuhi Investment Fund (Tupu Tonu) before and after the change applying from 1 July 2025 are: Previous total board fees $187,500 Current total board fee: $225,000 Chair previous - fee $60,000; fee from 1 July 2025 $72,000 Deputy Chair - previous fee $37,500; fee from 1 July 2025 $45,000 Board member- previous fee $30,000; fee from 1 July 2025 $36,000 This was a 20% change and was approved on 27 June 2025
