27738 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: What was the total cost to the School Lunch Collective to produce all the lunches during the week of May 12th 2025?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) does not hold commercial information on the cost to the School Lunch Collective (SLC) for the production of lunches for the week of 12 and 19 May 2025. The Ministry pay the SLC $3 per meal delivered to students and 84 cents for additional food items delivered to Year 9+ students. This information is published on the SLC Website https://www.schoollunchcollective.co.nz/. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 27739 (2025).
