Hon Nicole McKee: I can advise the member that operational continuity is maintained throughout planned court infrastructure works by careful coordination between the Ministry of Justice’s operations and project teams. All planned infrastructure works are built into the National Schedule, minimising any impacts on the scheduling of cases and court operations.
