27655 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What is the value of the 10-year Crown loan to the NZ Transport Agency for the Warkworth to Te Hana expressway agreed by Cabinet in March 2025, and what is the projected total cost of repaying it including interest?

Hon Chris Bishop: I do not consider it appropriate to release this information at this time due to ongoing contract negotiations for the delivery of the PPP.
