27649 (2026). Lan Pham to the Associate Minister for the Environment: Following Reply 19980 (2026), does this mean that, in 2025, 39% of dairy farms did not comply with Clause 36 of the Resource Management (National Environmental Standards for Freshwater) Regulations 2020?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: Although 39% did not comply with the Clause 36 requirement to report their nitrogen use, this does not mean that 39% breached the nitrogen application limit.
