27636 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What is the current estimated total cost of the Warkworth to Te Hana expressway, and how does this compare with the 2024 NZ Transport Agency indicative estimate of $2.9 billion to $3.75 billion?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that updated estimates are being refined through detailed design and the procurement processes, which is standard practice for projects at this stage.
