Hon Paul Goldsmith: I do not consider it to be in the public interest to justify the time and resource required to engage in an exercise for all members of my staff to compare and contrast the electronic messaging apps that are on any of my devices with any of their devices and then identify the names of messaging groups that may or may not exist.
