Hon Nicola Willis: The Minister for Trade and Investment and I, as shareholding Ministers of NZTE, approved one fees increase: New Zealand Trade and Enterprise The new rate is: Chair: $82,828 per annum (48% increase) Deputy Chair: $51,705 per annum (69% increase) Director: $41,364 per annum (68% increase) The old rate was: Chair: $56,000 per annum Deputy Chair: $30,625 per annum Director: $24,500 per annum We approved these fees 3 December 2025
