Hon Todd McClay: I appointed to the NZTE Board two members and one Chair; and re-appointed three members and one Deputy Chair. The fees increase was paid to all members. I appointed to the Invest NZ Board six members and one Deputy Chair; and re-appointed one Chair. I refer the Member to the response for WPQ 27538 (2026) for the current annual fees.
