Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: As Prime Minister, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on a range of matters. In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I received the following documents from 19 May – 25 May 2025 from my officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC): • Government Targets Fact Sheets for Ministerial Consultation - Quarter ending March 2025, 21 May 2025 • Prime Minister’s weekly brief – 22 May 2025, 23 May 2025 • Draft responses to the Estimates Examination Pre-Hearing Questionnaire 2025/26, 23 May 2025 I also received five documents within the specified timeframe however, it is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. I have received briefings from the Policy Advisory Group, a business unit of DPMC, during the requested timeframe however I am not releasing the titles of these briefings. Furthermore, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from my officials in DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
