Rt Hon Winston Peters: As has already been advised in previous responses to written questions, a special duties pool of up to $100,000 was approved for Ferry Holdings Limited directors given the high workloads on directors during the establishment phase of the company, particularly while key management positions were not yet filled. No other fees beyond the standard director fees were considered or given during this period.
