27513 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister for Disability Issues: What is the total amount, if any, paid in board and committee fees by each agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible in each financial year since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation and year, as at 8 June 2026?

Hon Louise Upston: For Ministry of Disabled People - Whaikaha - Since the establishment of the Ministry of Disabled People -Whaikaha on 1 December 2024, New Zealand Sign Language Board members were paid a total of $58,940.24 in board and committee fees as at 8 June 2026. This comprised $14,882.00 in 2024/25 and $49,236.59 in 2025/26. For Disability Support Services, I refer the Member to reply number 27459 (2026).
