27485 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Revenue: How many phone and web message contacts, if any, has Inland Revenue received about FamilyBoost to date?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise that from 1 July 2024, when the legislation was enacted, up to and including 28 May 2025, we have answered 22,717 phone contacts on the FamilyBoost voice queue and received 16,870 web messages relating to FamilyBoost.
