Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: Further to WPQ 23290 (2025) can the minister clarify whether Bryce Wilkinson's views on the submission of Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment Simon Upton on the public consultation on a Regulatory Standards Bill requested by the Minister or the Ministry for Regulation or were they provided without being requested?

Hon David Seymour: The views of Dr Wilkinson were unsolicited, but insightful
