Camilla Belich to the Minister of Corrections: What board fees, if any, are currently paid to the chair and to each member of every board, committee, or other body of any agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible, broken down by organisation, role, and annual fee, as at 8 June 2026?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I refer the member to the attached table, which provides the total amount of board fees paid to chairs and members of every board and committee within Corrections which is remunerated in line with the Cabinet Fees Framework broken down by role. I am advised that these amounts have been provided for the financial year 2025/26, by the closest complete financial month to the timeframe requested by the member. I am also advised that some of these boards include Corrections staff who serve as chairs or members. These individuals are not remunerated for their roles as board members as they receive a salary in their substantive positions within Corrections. Therefore, any payments made to them are not included in the amounts provided.
