Camilla Belich to the Minister of Corrections: What is the total amount, if any, paid in board and committee fees by each agency, department, Crown entity, company, or other organisation for which the Minister is responsible in each financial year since 27 November 2023, broken down by organisation and year, as at 8 June 2026?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that to ensure accuracy of reporting, the total amount Corrections has paid in board and committee fees has been provided by the closest complete financial months to the timeframes requested by the member. Therefore, I refer the member to the attached table, which provides the total amount Corrections has paid in board and committee fees between 1 December 2023 and 30 May 2026, broken down by financial year. I am also advised that these amounts are for boards and committees where members are paid in line with the Cabinet Fees Framework. Some of these boards also include Corrections staff who serve as chairs or members, these individuals are not remunerated for their roles as they receive a salary in their substantive positions within Corrections. Therefore, any payments made to them are not included in the amounts provided.
