Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister intend to legislate to make the MDRS optional for councils, with the need for councils to ratify any use of MDRS, including existing zones, as outlined in the coalition agreement between National and ACT, if so, when does he expect the legislation to be implemented?
