Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister for Energy: Does the Minister intend to require electricity generators to “…divest themselves of retail while allowing local lines companies into generation, retail and even transmission” as found on page 6 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office received during the week of 27 November 2023, on this by title and date?
