27209 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service: On what date, if any, did the Minister receive a Regulatory Impact Statement regarding the possibility of removing diversity requirements in public sector hiring from within the Public Service Act 2020?

Hon Judith Collins: I received a draft of the Regulatory Impact Statement from the Public Service Commission, as part of the materials for Ministerial consultation, on 28 February 2025. A final version was provided when the papers were lodged for Cabinet on 19 March 2025.
