27204 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister for the Public Service: What, if any, risk assessments has the Minister commissioned and/or received regarding removing diversity requirements in public sector hiring from within the Public Service Act 2020?

Hon Judith Collins: The Public Service Commission has provided me with a range of briefings providing analysis and assessment of the impacts of all proposed changes to the Act. The Commission is currently preparing the advice for release and the Cabinet papers and Regulatory Impact Statement are already publicly available.
