Hon Mark Mitchell: I have received the following advice from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) during the week beginning 1 June 2026: - SafetyNet Critical Communications Limited Establishment Programme: Fifth suite of decisions - Crown Funding Agreement (4 June 2026) - Transfer of Next Generation Critical Communications (NGCC) assets and liabilities between Votes to support establishment of SafetyNet (4 June 2026) - 2026/27 Examination of Estimates: Final responses to GAC pre-hearing questionnaire (5 June 2026) - 2026/27 Estimates Examination Briefing Pack (5 June 2026) Please note, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, other agencies, and other Ministers’ offices.
