27171 (2025). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Will the procurement process, if any, for the delivery of nationwide Needle Exchange Programme services be open to foreign providers?

Hon Matt Doocey: I refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 24038 (2025). I am further advised that the Request for Proposal (RFP) would not preclude a foreign provider submitting a proposal to delivery nationwide Needle Exchange Programme services.
