27129 (2025). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: What advice, reports, papers or any other communications, if any, has he seen or heard from Corrections since 10 May 2024 about their capacity to deliver current education/non-offence courses?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I have received no briefings or aides memoire primarily related to Corrections’ capacity to deliver education and non-offence courses since 10 May 2024. However, Corrections provides me with a range of advice via briefings, aides memoire, my weekly report and through regular meetings with officials which may relate to, or reference in some way, capacity to deliver education and non-offence courses.
