Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister for Energy: Does the Minister intend to “require consents for new transmission lines to be issued within one year and eliminate consents for upgrades to existing transmission lines, within limits” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Offshore Wind’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?
