27068 (2026). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Will the $19.167 million of funding for the Primary Care Tactical Action Plan being returned as a 2025/26 underspend be re-appropriated to primary care in a future year, or is it a permanent saving to the Crown?

Hon Simeon Brown: The underspend of $19.167 million was returned to the centre as part of Budget 2026 decisions. This was a one-off saving and not ongoing baseline funding.
